Our Work Process

one: UNDERSTAND CLIENT’S NEEDS

We carefully select hats and garments according to your needs, focusing on quality and proper sizing to ensure optimal results. We work closely with each design to understand the logo or artwork and choose the most suitable thread colors for a polished finish. Attention is given to determining the ideal placement of logos, images and/or text, ensuring a professional appearance.

two: provide an EMBROIDERed sample

We source garments from trusted suppliers to provide high-quality products for every project. In addition, we digitize each design with careful precision, making adjustments to ensure it sews cleanly and accurately. A sample is then embroidered and presented to you for review, allowing for final approval and any additional refinements before full production begins.

three: complete EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION

We complete each project in a timely manner without compromising the quality of embroidery in any way. Projects are finalized in the order they are received; however, we understand some clients may have tighter deadlines and are happy to accommodate expedited requests whenever possible.
