Our Work Process

1. Understanding client’s needs

We carefully select hats and garments based on proper sizing, fit, and material thickness to ensure quality results. We work closely with each design to understand the logo type and choose the most suitable thread colors for a polished finish. Attention is given to determining the ideal placement of logos, images, or text, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. In addition, we source and order garments from trusted suppliers to provide reliable, high-quality products for every project.

2. Sample embroidery

We digitize each logo with precision and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it sews cleanly and accurately. A sample is then embroidered and presented to the client for review, allowing for final approval and any additional refinements before full production begins.

3. Embroidery production

Projects are completed in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistency. However, we understand that some clients may have tight deadlines, and we are happy to accommodate expedited requests whenever possible.
